Integrated care is essential to achieve overall health.

Pediatricians are well positioned to initiate preventative oral health care by providing early assessment of risk during well-child visits.


Oral Health Ohio has partnered with the American Academy of Pediatricians, Ohio Chapter to encourage and support pediatricians in integrating preventative oral health into their medical practice by providing them with the Oral Health Coding Fact Sheet for Primary Care Physicians.


This resource will be included on the oral health resource page of the AAP, Ohio website.
