Governor Mike DeWine announced that Ohio will receive over $200 million from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) through the Rural Health Transformation Program—part of a historic federal effort to strengthen healthcare in rural communities across the U.S.

Dr. Jeter was a MORE Care Ohio pilot dental provider. MORE Care in Ohio was a two-year collaborative program between CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, Oral Health Ohio, and dental and pediatric primary care practices in the state.

The report highlights the outcomes of a two-year, medical-dental integration pilot in partnership with CareQuest Institute for Oral Health. From November 2022 to November 2024, MORE Care Ohio reached nearly 20,000 pediatric patients across three health system-affiliated or private pediatric medical practices and four private dental practices.
