We are recruiting five primary care practices to identify and partner with five dental practices to participate in MORE Care™ — a care improvement program that integrates oral health into primary care and advances value-based care. Regardless of experience with value-based care, participation in MORE Care will give care teams a no-risk opportunity to learn and grow in new areas, including incentive-based reimbursement and coordinating care to support patient oral health needs. The pilot will be focused on child populations, but not limited to specialty practices.
