Oral Health Ohio has the privilege of being one of the key oral health stakeholders participating in the Medicaid Quality Improvement Academy (MeQILA) which seeks to promote system-wide improvement to Ohio Medicaid beneficiaries through oral health quality improvement (QI) projects.
Ohio oral health stakeholders will have access to Dental Quality Academy oral health experts, technical assistance, tools and resources to work on QI projects. The QI project will establish state-wide managed care quality strategy for oral health and develop policy infrastructure to implement the strategy through managed care plans. Oral Health Ohio will champion quality improvement efforts at the state and national levels.
